POSTPONEMENTS ARE A RESULT AND SHOULD BE PHONE, E-MAILED OR TEXT IN ON THE DAY OF THE MATCH

GIRLS LEAGUE MEETING

THERE WILL BE ONE FINAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY 11TH JUNE 2008 STARTING AT APPROXIMATELY 8.30 AT KEIGHLEY CRICKET CLUB FOR THE GIRLS LEAGUE.  IF YOU HAVE A GIRLS TEAM OF ANY AGE THAT MAY LIKE TO JOIN PLEASE COME ALONG.

 

Proforma’s

This seasons proforma is now updated on the web site.  You need only send the first page and any other relevant pages.  Please make sure the first page is competed in full.  We are going to e-mail a lot of information next season so please include e-mail addresses where possible.

 

Trophies

Trophies for winners and runners up can be collected from Dobson and Robinson.  Please call Duncan (number in the handbook) to let him know you are coming to collect.  The league provides 10 per team if you need more please talk to Duncan when you arrange to collect.  Please make sure your club has no outstanding fines before you make the phone call.

 

UNDER 7’S MOMENTOS

We still have mementos to be collected for Under 7’s – Kings Park, Menston, Scholes and Wilsden.  Please contact Jenni by e-mail or phone after 4pm.

 

ID CARD MUST BE RETURNED TO THE LEAGUE IF A PLAYER LEAVES YOUR CLUB.  THE OLD CARD MUST ALSO BE RETURNED IF THEY HAVE EXPIRED AND ARE BEING RENEWED.  ID CARDS BELONG TO THE LEAGUE AND MUST BE RETURNED WHEN A PLAYER IS TOO OLD OR NO LONGER PLAYS WITH YOUR TEAM.

 

CONTACT DETAIL CHANGES

­If You Have Changes To Any Contact Details, Please Let The League Know So They Can Be Changed On The Managers Pages – DO NOT JUST PUT THEM ON THE MESSAGE BOARD.  Thank You

 

ID CARDS WILL NOT NOW BE PROCESSED WITHOUT ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION AND FEES ETC – THEY WILL BE RETURNED IF ANYTHING IS MISSING

Please Please Please read your rule books (all teams are given 2 of these – so there really is no excuse – if you have not got one please contact whoever attended our recent meeting), ID cards are £1 per player and we only need 1 photo.  We also need THE NAME OF THE CLUB, and a stamped addressed envelope.  PLEASE ALSO NOTE WHEN CARDS ARE RENEWED THE OLD CARDS MUST BE SENT BACK TO THE LEAGUE.  IF YOU ARE SENDING CASH PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS NOT LOOSE IN THE ENVELOPE

There is a new password for the message board.  If you would like it please send your name, e-mail address, and club to the league and we will let you have it.
